Occupational Safety Code

The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 consolidates thirteen central labour laws relating to safety, health, and working conditions of workers in India. It applies to establishments employing ten or more workers, introduces digital inspection schemes, and mandates welfare provisions such as canteens, creches, and safety committees.
